Returns and Warranty Policy
For items purchased from an authorized dealer, please contact the dealer to handle your return. For items purchased from an authorized international dealer outside of the United States and Canada, please contact the applicable distributor, listed at the end of this policy.
•For items purchased through the OPST website, OPST will refund or exchange unopened products within 30 days of the purchase date (45 days for international orders) with proof of purchase. The customer will be charged shipping on returned items.
•Unused, opened items may be refunded or exchanged within 30 days (45 for international orders) but will be subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to shipping charges.
•If an opened, returned item cannot be resold, or must be sold at a discounted price, a restocking and handling fee of 25% will be deducted from the original retail value of the refunded item.
•OPST will, at its sole discretion, refund or exchange defective, used items within 45 days of purchase. OPST will pay for return shipping on defective items. This policy does not cover normal wear and tear.
To process a return or warranty, please follow the steps below:
Step 1. Please complete an OPST Return/Warranty Service Form, and submit.
Step 2. OPST Returns Department will issue an RA Number (Return Authorization).
Step 3. Once you have received the RA Number, you are ready to ship the item(s) back.
Please list your RA Number in the “Attn:” field.

Step 4. Upon receipt of your package, OPST Returns Dept. will contact you via email to provide status of the return and/or refund.
PLEASE NOTE: If a warranty or return parcel does not include an RA Number or a tracking number, OPST is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
