OPST SHS D2 Sink Tips

We are pleased to release our 10ft T-11 and T-14 D2 (Dual Density) Sink Tips for our steelhead and salmon anglers! These tips feature a configuration of different floating and sinking ratios to allow you to fish different depths and give the fish a unique look at your fly. These 10ft tips come in the following ratios: 6ft Float/4ft Sink, 4ft Float/6ft Sink, 2ft Float/8ft Sink, and a Full 10' Sink. These ratios are the same between both the T-11 and T-14 models. The important thing to remember is this: the longer the sinking portion of the sink tip, the deeper the tip will get you in the water column. These tips are a great option for anglers who want or need to get their fly to its fishing depth as quickly as possible. Great for fishing structure and boulder gardens as well as your more classic steelhead runs.

All our tips have the line ID on the rear of the tip (towards the head), while all the heads have the line ID on the front of the head (towards the tip). This way, you are able to grab the connection and know which head and tip you have on at the same time. All our heads and tips feature strong welded loops on both ends for easy rigging.
